Solusi Rumah Transformation Project Coordinator Region 2

Responsibilities
Scope of works:
  • Plan, manage and monitor overall SR CPM, SR Retail, CDC/RDC transformation projects that runs in the region as service level agreement to achieve minimum standard to operate; providing branding, physical assets, machineries & equipment also trainings and other activities required by in order to transform the current shop/ entity into a Solusi Rumah CPM, Retail, CDC/RDC outlets that is able to deliver overall Solusi Rumah and CDC/RDC value propositions.
  • Coordinate smooth operation of SR Transformation Project Team

Requirements

1. Education :
  • Bachelor Degree any major, preferably from Civil Engineering

2. Experience :
  • A working knowledge with a minimum of 5 years’ experience associated with the design, construction, property, or pre cast concrete industry in Indonesia
  • Has experienced or involvement directly on project scheduling, structural design, cost analysis and estimation
3. Computer literacy :
  • AutoCAD, Excel, MS Word
4. Language :
  • Good command of spoken and written English

5. Other qualification / skills :
  • Good communication skill
  • Customer focus oriented
  • Able to build and maintain collaborative working relationship and demonstrate continous follow up and monitoring to ensure achievement of work goals
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Proven leadership skill ; ensure the operationality of team member, monitoring the results of delegations, assignments, or projects and able to foster a sense of collaboration

Scope of works:

1. Scope of works:
  • High quality implementation of CLA, Policy and Procedures in the most efficient and effective way, monitored, recorded, controlled and reported

Requirements
1. Education :
  • Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university. Degree in Psychology or HR Management is preferable
2. Experience :
  • Min 1 year in current position
